Order Information

We do accept, Purchase Orders, for commercial accounts, with terms at Net 30 days. To qualify, you may use our "New Account Application," and fax it to 318-227-8893.

When ordering, please be certain to include the following:

• Model Number
• Billing Address
• Shipping Address
• Contact Person along with his or her phone numbers
• Specific Delivery Instructions

If you are interested in an "inside delivery" or "life-gate truck," we ask that you complete both pages of our delivery form and fax it to 318-227-8893. Please note that there are additional fees for these services.

Upon delivery of your order, be sure to examine the item for damage. Although it is not a common occurrence, if damage has occurred, you can either refuse to sign for the item, or write "received damaged" on the delivery receipt. You will then need to contact the freight carrier, for further instructions on filing a damage claim.
