Our Sales Department is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm central Monday through Friday. Most of the parts featured in our online catalog require that particular measurements be noted prior to placing a parts order. Please keep this in mind while making your selections. It is in everyone's best interest to keep parts exchanges to a minimum. If you require assistance selecting parts, be prepared to tell us about your machine. Brand name, model number and/or name, drive system features, tire size, chain size used, etc.. If you call in or submit an online parts order and discover that you have made a mistake or if you would like to add additional parts to your order please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary adjustments. UPS Shipping Services offered: UPS Next Day AirŪ, UPS 2nd Day AirŪ, 3 Day Select and UPS Ground. Orders submitted after 12pm central may be processed the following business day. We do not ship C.O.D. orders. UPS will not deliver to Post Office Box addresses. Provide the company name if your order is being shipped to a business address. All parts orders are shipped via UPS so they can be tracked. Watch for an email From: "Quantum View Notify". That will be your UPS shipment notification and tracking number. The email is generated when the package leaves our warehouse. If your order consists of several packages, each package will have it's own unique tracking number even though it's going to the same address.
We do accept Mail In Orders from kids under 18 if you are paying with a money order.
Ordering Replacement Parts
Our lines are often full due to the large volume of calls we receive each day. If you do not receive an answer during regular business hours, all lines are busy. Leave a voice mail or call again later.

Having the equipment delivered to your business or picking up the go kart from the terminal nearest to your home will save you money. Freight Carriers charge an additional $50 to $60.00 for residential delivery. The go karts are mostly assembled. The overhead cage has to be installed, but the engine, drive system, wheels, throttle cable, brakes and steering wheel are already in place. No special tools are required. The engines are shipped without motor oil or gasoline. Add oil and fresh gasoline before attempting to start. All of the go karts are too large and heavy to ship UPS.
We can supply any replacement part or advice you may need for your machine in the future. Each Manco fun machine comes with an owner's manual for the frame & engine, a video and a parts breakdown illustration which includes a parts breakdown and list.
