Older Manco Dingo Models Pre 1995
Overhead Bars: This Parts Breakdown may be used to order replacement parts even if your Manco Dingo model does not have a Full "Overhead Cage" that goes all the way down to the front bumper. The Older 5hp Dingo Karts were equipped with an "Engine Cage" which covers the engine area only, not the Person.
Brakes: Some of the the Older Dingo Karts were equipped with Band Brakes instead of the mechanical disc brakes shown here. Brake bands are shaped like a horseshoe and wrap around a drum that mounts directly onto your axle.
Front Rims: If your Dingo is equipped with Two Piece Rims on the front end, Visit the Rims Page.
Paint Colors: Dingo Karts come in several different colors. Black, yellow and purple are the most popular. The Manco Products Name, Model Number; 285 or 286 and or Serial Number is located on a silver sticker on the floorpan of the kart, under the steering wheel area.
